Day 6 Psalms 1-14

We are heading into 15 days of Psalms. Feel, sing, hum, pray along with the Psalms. We will spend three days on each book. It has been suggested that:
Book 1 speaks of God our saviour to be trusted by faith.
Book 2 speaks of God our king to be obeyed
Book 3 speaks of God our guide to be appealed to in hope
Book 4 speaks of God eternal to be worshipped and loved
Book 5 speaks of God the wonder-worker to be praised with joy.
I'm not sure whether the themes are that clear cut. You decide for yourself and see if you can suggest other unifying themes for each book. Again large sweeps rather than studying individual psalms.
